製品の説明

食品・紛体搬送用のスクリューです。一見普通のスクリューのように見えますが、羽根の一つひとつが独立しており90度ごとに分割されているものです。

羽根が連続して繋がっている通常のスクリューであれば、製作にあたっては円状にレーザー切りしたSUSの板を引き延ばし、それを溶接することで比較的簡単に製作することができます。こちらは90度の扇形にカットしたSUSの板を何枚も製作し、ひとつずつプレスブレーキにて曲げを行います。

続いて指定角度、等間隔になるよう細心の注意をはらいつつ溶接加工、さらにはバフ#400で仕上げたこだわり品です。

For use in food conveyor belts and the like

While at first glance appearing to be a conventional propeller, each fan blade is able to move independently, separating itself from the next fan by up to 90 degrees.

Machining the fans as a continuous, connected series allows for relatively simple welding to a surface like a stainless steel sheet.

Designated angles and spaces are paid close attention, from welding to final stage buffing.
