こちらの直動部はパイプ切り出しではなく、職人がプレスブレーキを使用して曲げたものなのですが、内径が小さいため慎重な作業が要求されます。

また、通常のプレスブレーキのパンチではここまで丸にできないため、当社にて治具を作成し、プレスブレーキの踏みキズも後のバフ工程を考え最小限度にとどめながらの作業となります。小さいながらも新和製作所のこだわりが詰まった製品です。

Machined with a press brake, with the small internal diameter demanding a high degree of precision.

A common press brake punch is insufficient for this kind of machining, so a company-specific jig was used in production. Defects and roughness were then buffed.

The item is characteristic of the fastidiousness found in modern Japanese manufacturing.
